Who we are
PACIFIC REEF INTERNATIONAL CORP., a Sociedad Anónima registered in the Republic of Panama under Registro Mercantil Folio Nº 565660 (S) and RUC 1125926-1-565660, acts as an intermediary between qualified buyers, sellers and financing partners.
Our role is to connect counterparties, coordinate documentation and support transactions through to closing. We are an independent intermediary: we do not take title to goods, and we are compensated by commission under signed agreements.
The company was established over 15 years ago and is led by Ronny Roehrig, CEO.
