What data we process
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and does not store any data you enter. The contact form only opens your own email program; we receive your information only if you send that email, call us, or message us on WhatsApp.
When you contact us we process the data you provide (such as name, company, country, email, phone number and the content of your message) to answer your enquiry and, where a transaction is pursued, to carry out KYC, anti-money-laundering and sanctions screening required by law.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and secure the site.
Third-party services
Email is handled by our email provider, and WhatsApp messages are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and, for KYC records, as long as required by applicable law.
Your rights
Under applicable law, including Panama Law 81 of 2019 on personal data protection, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected].
