Mineral brokerage for mining companies

Pacific Reef International acts as an independent broker in the purchase and sale of minerals. We represent sellers – mining companies in Mexico – and present their material to verified buyers. We coordinate documentation and support the transaction through to contract.

We do not hold stock and do not publish prices. Every offer depends on the specific material, its assay results and the documents provided.

What sellers should have ready

  • Corporate documents and beneficial ownership
  • Mining concession or title and permits
  • Export permits and certificates of origin
  • A recent assay or technical data sheet

What we broker

Gold

Gold ore and concentrate from documented mining operations.

Silver

Silver ore and concentrate from documented mining operations.

Rare earths

Rare-earth ores and concentrates (for example, materials containing neodymium, praseodymium or lanthanum), subject to specification.

Silica sand

High-purity quartz sand (silicon dioxide, SiO₂) for glass, foundry, construction and filtration and, in very high purity grades, solar and electronics. It is not silicon (the refined element) or silicone (a synthetic polymer).

Basalt stone

Dense volcanic rock supplied as aggregate, crushed stone, blocks or slabs, and as raw material for basalt fibre and stone wool.

Origin: Mexico. We only present material with documented, lawful origin.

How we work

  1. Buyer inquiry (LOI/RFQ) with product, quantity, specification, delivery point and destination country.
  2. KYC/AML on both parties, including beneficial ownership.
  3. Origin and chain-of-custody documentation: mining licence or concession, export permits, certificates of origin and transport records.
  4. Independent assay or inspection (for example, SGS, Bureau Veritas or an equivalent agreed laboratory).
  5. Sanctions and conflict-minerals screening, in line with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals.
  6. Contract between buyer and seller, then delivery and payment through the agreed bank instruments.

What we do not do

We do not offer financing or investment, we do not guarantee prices, quantities or returns, and we do not work with material whose origin cannot be documented or that comes from sanctioned parties or conflict-affected and high-risk areas without the required due diligence.
